All meats are Victorian Gippsland cuts, and seafood is caught fresh from Australian and New Zealand waters.
We use quality Farina Le 5 Stagioni Napoletana Flour sourced direct from Italy, along with San Marzano Tomatoes D.O.P in order to create the most authentic meal possible.
